Job Description:
Epic Credentialed Trainer
The Epic Credentialed Trainer is responsible for delivering comprehensive classroom training for staff, caregivers, and providers in their assigned Epic applications. Within this process they learn and have the expert knowledge base in utilization of Epic. This role ensures that all requirements are met for new staff being trained including a proficiency assessment. In addition, they will function as part of the primary support mechanisms for all users of Epic. They interact with staff, caregivers, and providers in a professional manner while providing high level customer service while rounding with teams and super users.

- Engagement and public speaking skills
- Active listening and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to troubleshoot technical issues in classroom
- Advanced skills in Microsoft products - Word/PowerPoint/Excel
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES
- High school diploma or Equivalent
- Must pass Credentialing Panel within 6 months of hire in specified application(s)
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
EXPERIENCE
- Two (2) to five(5) years of related experience required
- At least one (1) year experience in training or education preferred
- At least one Epic implementation with Credentialed Training experience preferred

PHYSICAL/MENTAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
